What a compelling story! I devoured this book in just a few hours. While it has all the sweetness of a story promising a happily-ever-after, it also delves into guilt, devastating grief, and the heartbreaking reasons behind Jacob’s silence. But this book offers more than the promise of a warm and happy ending. It does more than that by offering a path toward healing and a reminder that sometimes, love really does find a way. Every Kate Hewitt book I’ve read has been an emotional and rewarding experience, and Escape to Lighthouse Cove is no exception.
